Letto TV ("Letto TV," "we," "us," or "our") provides LettoTV Creator Studio, a desktop application and related website designed to help creators capture, edit, organize, and publish content. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information processed through LettoTV Creator Studio and the Creator Studio pages on lettotv.com. It does not replace the privacy policies of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Discord, OBS, Streamer.bot, or any other third-party service you choose to connect or use.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Creator content, including videos, images, audio, captions, titles, thumbnails, publishing selections, templates, and project settings.
  • Information you send when requesting support or otherwise communicating with us.

Connected-platform information

When you connect an account through an authorized platform flow, we may process information made available under the permissions you approve. This may include:

  • Display name, username, avatar, platform user identifier, and basic profile details.
  • Account permissions, authorized scopes, creator or channel information, publishing status, and account connection status.
  • Content, comments, messages, analytics, or other information made available by an authorized API when you enable a feature that requires it.
  • OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and related authentication information needed to maintain the connection. We do not ask for or store your third-party platform password.

Technical and usage information

  • App version, operating system, device and display characteristics, language, configuration settings, and feature usage.
  • Diagnostic logs, crash information, error messages, performance information, and network-request status.
  • Website information such as browser type, approximate IP-derived location, referring page, and standard server logs when you visit the Creator Studio website.

Media processing

Media may be processed locally on your device. When you choose a cloud-enabled feature, publishing flow, transcription, text-to-speech, media-hosting, analytics, or AI-assisted tool, the content and instructions needed for that feature may be transmitted to the applicable service provider.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate connected accounts and perform actions you request, such as retrieving permitted account information or sending approved content to a destination platform.
  • Process media, generate previews, captions, transcripts, thumbnails, text-to-speech, exports, and other creator outputs.
  • Diagnose errors, protect account connections, prevent misuse, and maintain Service security.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important Service or Policy changes.
  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect users, platforms, Letto TV, and others.

TikTok information is used only to provide the functionality you request under the permissions you grant. We do not use TikTok information to build advertising profiles.

4. How information is shared

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • At your direction. We send content and associated metadata to the platform or destination you select when you initiate a publishing or sharing action.
  • Service providers. We may use vendors that support hosting, storage, security, diagnostics, media processing, transcription, text-to-speech, analytics, or AI-assisted features. They may process information only to perform services for us or to provide a feature you request.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, platform requirements, or to protect rights, safety, security, and Service integrity.
  • Business changes.Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the Service, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain authorized connections, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information and how the feature is used.

  • Connected-account credentials are retained only while needed to maintain the authorized connection or until they expire, are revoked, or the account is disconnected.
  • Local projects and media generally remain under your control on your device unless you use a feature that uploads or transmits them.
  • Diagnostic and security records may be kept for a limited period needed to investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.

6. Your choices and controls

  • You may decline requested permissions or connect only the accounts you choose.
  • You may disconnect an account within the Service when that control is available and may also revoke access through the connected platform's authorized-app settings.
  • You may remove local projects, exports, and media from your device.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by Letto TV by contacting us as described below. We may need to verify the request.

Revoking a platform connection prevents new API access but may not automatically delete content already published to that platform. Published content must generally be managed through the destination platform.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage, transmission, or authentication method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your device, operating-system account, connected accounts, and local project files.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of each connected platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of applicable law.

9. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or contact your local privacy authority.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, platform integrations, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or website.

11. Contact us

Questions or privacy requests may be sent through the official Letto TV contact and social channels listed on the Letto TV website. Include "Creator Studio Privacy" in your message and identify the connected platform involved, if applicable. Do not send account passwords or access tokens.
